Formal meeting regarding Conciliators work at Family Court, Surat was conducted on 21st February 2017 (Tuesday). The meeting was held with Principal Judge Pinto Madam and Saiyad Madam regarding the process of Conciliators paper work which mainly emphasized upon requesting the parties to bring the order form from the court and also requesting the Conciliators to authenticate it with their own signature.
Furthermore agendas that were covered and finalized under this meet were as —
1. Conciliators were advised to not to interfere in the financial settlement between the parties.
2. No advocates to be allowed during the conciliation.
3. Strict advice was given to all the counsellor’s that at no point any parties should be harassed or threatened regarding any matter.
4. A general gesture of politeness and gratitude to be shown to all parties.
